Monica is a legal practitioner admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, as well as a Bachelor of Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications.

Monica is a solicitor associate with the firm.

Monica acts in criminal legal matters in the Queensland Magistrates Court and instructs in District Court matters and in family law matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Her experience includes prison visits, attending clients on arrest, bail submissions as well as commercial matters.

Monica is also a registered migration agent (MARN 1463596) and an esteemed member of the Migration Institute of Australia and the Queensland Law Society. Since 2004, she has been dedicated to the field of Migration Law.

Her expertise encompasses a wide range of Australian visa applications, including employer-sponsored visas, partner visas, family visas, general skilled migration visas, graduate visas, citizenship applications, student visas and court appeals.
